*The purple triangles on Sela act as a proportion device. The corners of the triangle touch the tip of the skeletal structure that sticks out the most. It's similar to the hold-your-pencil-in-front-of-you-and-close-one-eye-to-measure-proportions method. It's also for composition of the anatomy.

this is just a brief outline of what i know and what i think are important.
it really helps to draw from a live model, preferably one that isn't wearing baggy clothing
and drawing models from magazines are a no-no since they've usually been airbrushed.
check out anatomy books, even the Grey's Anatomy book helps ; D
